DBT is committed to providing opportunities, collaboration, and training to a diverse group of passionate dancers. Our company and its culture differ from others in the area in that we welcome and encourage non-professionals to perform in our productions. Our auditions are open to the public and we invite all ages, ethnicities, abilities, and levels of accomplishment to participate.
